Awareness Raised for Promoting Staff Wellbeing in School
In response to growing concerns about staff wellbeing in the education sector, our Head of Nursing, Mandy Gallagher, has published an article through Teach Wire magazine which looks at this in greater detail.
The article highlights some of the key issues which impact staff and why it can sometimes be difficult to promote a wellbeing culture in this environment. Using real examples from her work with schools and some interesting personal insight, Mandy discusses some methods which are easy to implement but have a huge impact in helping your staff.
This all fits in with our continued goal to create and promote ways for schools to proactively deal with absences and wellbeing in the workplace. We are very proud of Mandy’s efforts and we really urge you to give her fantastic article a read.
As well as being published in Teach Wire magazine, the article also made the front page of their website. The online article can be found at http://www.teachwire.net/news/stressing-the-positives-how-to-build-a-culture-of-staff-wellbeing-in-your-s
Well done Mandy!!
