Recruitment
Preparation and placement of adverts; collation and issuing of
recruitment information packs; and undertaking of recruitment
administration – including obtaining references and equality
monitoring.
Attendance at initial planning meetings with Governors for
Head Teacher appointments and advice to Governors on
recruitment to other senior posts.
Issuing of conditional offer letter and undertaking pre-employment
checks including Criminal Records Disclosures.
Provision of advice in relation to recruitment queries/complaints.
Work with a school, or group of schools, to attract teaching staff
into difficult to fill posts.
