preparing and reporting end of term budget reviews.
The provision of a budget model to enable the school's annual budget to be expanded to 3 or 5 year budget plans.
Financial advice and guidance throughout the year including training for staff who manage financial matters within the school.
Assistance and training in the development of portfolios needed to meet the Financial Management Standard in Schools including
preparation of the benchmarking report required by the standard.
